Industrial Carpet Washing Machines
ERGIN MACHINERY · INDUSTRIAL RUG WASHING
Fully automatic carpet washing machines for cleaning businesses
Ergin Machinery manufactures industrial carpet washing machines in Izmir, Turkey. Our automatic machines are designed for washing loose rugs in professional carpet cleaning facilities. Compare the ER models and multi-brush options below, then contact us to discuss the configuration for your workshop.
Start with the largest rugs you handle, your available floor space and your daily workload. Machine dimensions, conveyor belt width and maximum carpet width are different measurements: check each specification before choosing a model.

Plan the complete rug cleaning process
A washing machine is one part of a carpet cleaning line. Review carpet dusting machines for dry dirt removal before washing, carpet wringing machines for water extraction after washing, and carpet packing machines for the final packing stage after drying.
Questions to ask before buying
What affects the price of a carpet washing machine?
Compare quotations for the same machine width, brush configuration, control system and optional equipment. Ask for a written breakdown of the machine specification and any packing, delivery, installation or training costs that apply to your order.
How do I choose the right size?
Provide your maximum rug width and typical rug sizes. Check the machine's overall dimensions as well as the working width, leaving room for loading, unloading, servicing and the rest of your cleaning line.
How many brushes do I need?
Brush number alone does not describe the complete washing process. Compare the brush arrangement, rinsing system and available settings, and discuss your rug materials and cleaning requirements with our team.
Can I request a quotation for delivery outside Turkey?
Yes. Send your country and delivery location with your requirements so our team can discuss the machine and delivery arrangements. See our international customer references for examples of businesses listed on our website.
