Fishing Net Washing Machine

Ergin AYM fishing net washing machines are produced on demand. The current range includes AYM 600, 1000, 1200, 1500, 1800 and 2000 with catalogue volume capacities of 6, 10, 12, 15, 18 and 20 m³ respectively. These volume figures do not specify the permissible net weight or hourly throughput.

The machine takes in clean water through the main shaft while discharging dirty water through a separate outlet. Internal breakwaters help separate algae and unwanted material from the nets. The catalogue lists a slow-start function and rotation in both directions.

The cylinder is 304 stainless steel, with 316 stainless steel available as an option. The chassis is painted. AYM 600 and AYM 1000 use a belt-and-gear arrangement; the larger models use a chain-and-gear arrangement.
