Ergin Machine in Germany

This project story was published on 16 January 2013. Ergin Machinery supplied a specially configured ER 2016 automatic carpet washing machine and an HTM 3200 carpet dusting machine for Mr. Amir Olyai in Germany.

The washing machine was described with eight disc brushes and one cylindrical brush. The project focused on reducing manual handling and helping the customer work with his existing equipment. Its features included automatic transfer to a trolley, adjustable machine height, selection between two shampoos and reversible brush rotation. The dusting machine included automatic rolling and trolley placement.

Ergin Machinery provided installation and training. These details describe the specific project configuration, rather than the standard equipment included with every machine. Suitability for a particular rug depends on its fibres, construction, dyes and condition, as well as the selected washing process.
